Google will be making changes to upgrade their current Android operating system on the developers preview later this month. The new search giants will have incremental updates that will be much faster than the latest ones. The new developer preview of Android Nougat 7.1 will have customised features, some of which will be made available on all Android devices and others will only be available on the Pixel.

Fingerprint Scanner Gestures

This feature will be made available on Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, and Pixel Android smartphones. This feature is unique and secure to use as we all have unique fingerprints that do not match with any other person. One of the Android phone that will benefit from this feature is Galaxy S7. The use of fingerprint scanner will be governed by some rules that the phone will interpret differently following the command. One tap on the scanner will automatically unlock the phone, a downward swipe will display the notification bar on your screen, and an upward swipe will open the tray for apps making it easier for you to select the needed app. With this new app the security of your phone will be tight as you are the only one who can get control with your unique finger prints.

Having a bright light on your screen at night or in dark backgrounds makes your eyes to strain. Android 7.1 Nougat will be updating a night shift mode app, which will enable the user to see the screen during the night or when in a dark surroundings. Night light will be able to eliminate the blue light which is usually found on smart phone displays, and replace it with a slightly red and yellow light which will be displayed on the entire screen. Night light will filter the blue light making it easier for the user to operate the screen without straining.

There will be an improvement on touch and display performance, bug fixes, and developer focus enhancements. There will also an exciting improved features like the app shortcut when you are on the home screen. It will make it easier for you to access your apps as a short cut can be created of up to five shortcuts. This will be a very essential app when you want to multi task.

This is a new feature that will enable users to send stickers and GIFs through the keyboard. This app will be capable of telling the keyboard the content which are supported and allow addition of a button to an app that will direct users on the system systems, making it easier to the clear unused files. This will help create more space for the new apps update. This app will also expand the content entered on the keyboard of users, give them chance to express themselves via custom stickers, and animated gifts.

This scheme enables the users with the devices that support the programme to receive downloads on the latest Android version.
